Christy is creator/owner of the online stores Scarlet Lime and Scarlet Lime BeadArt. Scarlet Lime is a mixed media shop and Scarlet Lime BeadArt offers unique jewelry kits and supplies. She runs both full-time with her husband in the small town of Shelley, Idaho. Christy has been in the art industry for over 10 years, first working for a paper-crafting manufacturer, and then as a contributing editor for Scrapbooks Etc., Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. She is a mixed-media artist at heart and enjoys creating canvas, jewelry, and fabric art. She currently teaches online mixed media workshops and travels and teaches around the world. Christy loves reading, snowboarding, camping, and spending time with her husband and their six children.
